You will have access to the room block upon completion of your registration. Due to limited availability, only CCHRCO Board and Committee Members are allowed to book room stays prior to the start date - Check in Sunday August 25, 2024. This is a first come first serve basis. Any other reservations before the conference start date can be cancelled.
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your booth preference by number on the following form.
Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Fee includes booth with drapery, 6 ft table, two chairs, covers & skirts, small sign and full credentials for two representatives.
