Embracing Change During Times of Change. Change is a central part of leadership and also an indispensable link to turning things around. Change is awkward and can create stress, anxiety and resistance in the workplace. More importantly, there is no progress without change. Change efforts must begin with changing the mindset of each and every one of your employees getting them excited about the changes that are going to happen. In this virtual interactive session, participants will learn how to begin to develop a positive change[1]skilled mindset during these uncertain times.
