Request For Proposals For Real Estate Development Consultant Services 
For Rocky Mount Housing Authority and South Eastern North Carolina Community Development Corporation 

The Housing Authority of the City of Rocky Mount (RMHA) and South Eastern North Carolina Community Development Corporation (SENCCDC) are requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide real estate development consulting services for new construction housing and the redevelopment of existing properties. Additionally, the selected respondent will provide strategic planning, technical assistance, guidance, and structured training to RMHA staff and boards to facilitate timely project plan development and plan execution for RMHA's housing initiatives.

Deadline for questions:

March 21, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. The answers to questions received will be posted by March 26, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted on the website at www.rm-ha.org

Three (3) copies of the proposal must be received by RMHA prior to 3:00 P.M. on March 31, 2025. One (1) copy should be submitted as a loose producible copy and two (2) copies bound. All copies of the proposals must be plainly marked as "Development Consultant Services Proposal." All responses should directly address each specific selection criteria under specific heading. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
