2017 Resident Retreat
Greetings,
The Resident Services Committee, on behalf of the Carolinas Council of Housing, Redevelopment and Codes Officials (hereinafter referred to as CCHRCO), would like to invite North and South Carolina Housing Authorities to its 2017 Resident Retreat. Our theme for this year retreat is “Are You Ready For???”
This retreat will be held March 10-12, 2017, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Concord, North Carolina. Participants will take part in various training seminars aimed at increasing the capacity of individuals and families to become self-sufficient, revitalizing communities and building the stability and capacity of children, youth and families so that they become able to create their own opportunities.
The registration fee is $150.00 per person and includes the following:
- Reception on Friday evening
- Lunch on Saturday
- Conference Materials
Hotel rooms are $152.00 for a king suite and $152.00 for a double suite. Complimentary breakfast and a managers reception is included for registered hotel guests. The cutoff date to make your hotel reservations is January 31, 2017.

All requests for refunds must be put in writing. Request for refunds may be mailed or emailed to the The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston within the required timeline. Any request for refunds received by February 3, 2017 will be honored less a $ 25.00 service fee. NO REQUEST FOR REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED AFTER February 10, 2017.
