Abbeville Housing Authority: Request for Quotes
Electrical Upgrades
RFQ 2023-01

The Abbeville Housing Authority (AHA) is seeking proposals/quotes from general/electrical contractors to perform electrical upgrades at all properties owned and operated by the AHA. Upgrades will involve replacing bathroom ventilation fans, replacing existing electrical receptacles with GFCI electrical receptacles and installation of wired smoke detectors in bedrooms. The successful proposer will be properly licensed and familiar with HUD prevailing wages, Section 3, health, safety and other associated code ordinances. A detailed work scope can be requested via email to Tuck Hanna, Project Manager, tuckhanna@wctel. net or by pickup at the AHA office located at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC. A PreProposal conference is scheduled for March 22 at 9AM, and Proposal Opening on March 30 at 9AM. Pre-Proposal and Proposal Opening will be held at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC.
