Executive Director Position Available in NC (Monroe Housing Authority)

The Monroe (NC) Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Executive Director. The agency functions with a budget of $4.8 million and a staff of 12 employees. MHA administers 325 Housing Choice Vouchers and 173 units of Public Housing which have been approved for Section 22 streamline voluntary conversion (PBV) and 33 RAD PBV units. The agency is a HUD High-Performer. The Housing Authority Board is composed of 7 members. Monroe is the county seat of Union County and is situated in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. The 2020 Census indicated a population of 34,551.
