JOB OPPORTUNITY | Residential Maintenance Mechanic - Anderson Housing Authority

The Anderson Housing Authority has a great opportunity for someone skilled in maintenance repairs for residential units. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday 37.5 week schedule. The position also includes rotating emergency, after hours call back for general residential repairs once every three weeks. We offer SC State insurance (BCBS) and 401K retirement benefits that are excellent.

The salary range depending on experience is $17 - $20 per hour; all after hours call back is paid at overtime rate and you are provided 6 hours straight time when on call. This position requires demonstrated experience in residential repairs, to include plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry. Must have completed high school education or equivalency, an active state issued driver's license and skill training in residential repairs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
