• Small Public Housing Authority | 1-250 total units
• Medium Public Housing Authority | 251-500 total units
• Large Public Housing Authority | 501-1500 total units
• X-Large Public Housing Authority | 1501+ total units

Note - total units include the total number of all HUD-assisted units (i.e, Public Housing & HCV).
