Job Available - Executive Director Newberry, S.C.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: The Housing Authority of the City of Newberry, Newberry, S. C. {NHA) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director is the top administrative position of NHA and reports to a seven (7) member Board of Commissioners. NHA administers 315 public housing units and approximately 235 Housing Choice Vouchers. The applicant should hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or University in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, seven to ten years of experience in public housing, public administration, financial management and three to five years in a management role or position of leadership. Candidate must have completed or willing to complete an Executive Directors Certification Program within one year of employment. Annual salary is commensurate with experience and education.
