Vendor General Information and How to Bid
Welcome to the Consolidated Purchasing Consortium
General Information:
- Portions of our Web Site are secure and require security access code.
- All bids prices must be guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of the bid.
- Contractors bidding on installed items must have valid contractor licenses in both North and South Carolina at the time the bids are opened.
- All contractors must be able to provide evidence of their capacity to secure performance bonding to a minimum of $500,000.00.
- The CPC Committee does not enter into any contract and makes no guarantee of any quantity of product that may be purchased.
- The CPC Committee serves as a bidding agent only. All contracts are between the Vendor and the purchasing Housing Authority. All responsive bids are provided to the member PHAS and each PHA must utilize the CPC Program in accordance with their local procurement policy.
How to Bid
- Please review the Current Bid Notice for information on how to receive a bid package. The bid package can be downloaded from this website.
- All qualified vendors/contractors are invited to bid. Items will be bid as shown on the schedule in the bid schedule section of our website. Bid documents are posted and available thirty days before the bid date. Items currently available for bid are posted in the Current Invitation to Bid Section.
- Please review the Invitation to Bid carefully for time and location of bid opening.
- Bids must be submitted in strict accordance with the bid submission requirements. All bids must be typed on the forms provided. (Documents can be provided in Microsoft Word by e-mail at the vendor's request).
- All bid documents except specifications and bid summary price sheets can be found by clicking on the Bid Package button. The specifications for each product and the appropriate bid summary price sheets can be found by clicking on the Specification button then the desired product button.
